An Emotional Like Roller Coaster Ride

At first, how I felt after last night incident.

I felt so sad that time. I was crying and blaming myself for all the situations that happened. It is so depressing. And to make things worst, my love one was nowhere to be reach.

Then...

I thought I shouldn't rely on other peoples. 

It's my problem so I should deal with it like an adult, not whining around.

Things happened and let it be! It's time to tough up myself.

Boost Your Emotional Energy

A lot of things happened to me lately make my body feel really tired and drained. Plus, all the negative feeling/energy that torturing me lately. It make me think, is it about my food intake? But, I'm not doing any extreme dietary. I love to cut down few weight, but I don't think this is the main factor. Then, I read about something on internet today that make me realize what am I dealing with (My conclusion for now). It does make sense. It's about Emotional Energy. It is something on your mind that react to the surrounding, not your body. Mira Kirshenbaum, author of The Emotional Energy Factor: The Secrets High-Energy People Use to Beat Emotional Fatigue gave 4 tips how to overcome it. If you do feel the same thing like me lately, then you should read it to boost your energy.

1. Stop living to please other people. In other words, marry the charming social worker whom you love instead of the rich doctor mom is pushing on you. Move to Europe if it will make you happy, even if your girlfriends are making you feel guilty about putting distance between you. Say no when someone asks you to do something you really don't want to do. Be who you want to be, do what you want to do and the rewards will be plentiful, says Kirshenbaum. "When you live your life for other people, you put out the effort, but they get the benefit," she adds. "This creates an energy drain, just the way it would if you did the work on a job and someone else got the paycheck." You'll free up energy you didn't even know you had once you quit worrying about what mom, your friends and other family members think about your decisions.

2. Bring positive people into your world. You need to surround yourself with people who care about and support you even in your darkest hours. Avoid those who nag, complain or involve you in their problems, says Kirshenbaum. Toxic people, who put you down to lift their own spirits, suck the life right out of you. Spending more time with those who make you feel good about yourself or inspire you in some way will revive you. Maybe it's time to start ignoring your so-called friend who leaves messages on your machine only when she needs help with something.

3. Always have something big and new on your agenda. Plan that next vacation or start writing that novel you have in your head. Looking forward to milestones and events stimulates people. It gives you a reason to get out of bed in the morning, and that increases your desire to work toward your goals. "You gain energy from the hopes you have for your future? making your present feel more manageable, and that, too, frees up emotional energy," says Kirshenbaum. Actually putting the wheels in motion (for example, calling the travel agent, writing the outline for the book) will also make you feel better -- and excited to keep it up.

4. Never live in the past. Quit dwelling on what might have happened with that old boyfriend if you had just stayed together, why you quit one job in favor of another, what would have been if you made different decisions. Instead, focus on the here and now and what you need to do to move forward. Do you want to go back to school? Find a husband? Change careers? Be more adventurous? Put the spark back in your romance? "You are in charge of the meaning in your life," Kirshenbaum writes in her book. Although you can't predict everything that will happen to you, you can make a flexible plan to accomplish your goals. Things like your career path, relationships in which you'd like to invest and how you would like to spend your free time are all under your control. You can decide your own destiny, an important task that will be much easier now that you have more energy.

Money vs Love

Have you read about the announcement from a Hong Kong tycoon, Cecil Chao about the $65 million offer he made to find a husband for his lesbian daughter, Gigi Chao? Come on...

What a joke! YES, WHAT A JOKE!

Everything are just so wrong to begin with. If you got a father that freely sleeping with 10 000 woman crossed the world that's what he claimed, how do you expect your daughter to be such an perfect daughter?

From my perspective view, both are doing wrong, 'nuff saying! 

But, then again, why making things more complicated than it already is? Why do you need to announce a big cash as a reward? And, why now?

First of all, do you believe that money can buy love? Yes, money can buy love, but only the love towards money not real love to a person. Money never can buy real, pure heart (Mr. Chao's expectation of his future son-in-law) Pfft, puh-lease. When you initiate peoples with money, they will only keep chasing the money not love. Maybe if you just announced to reward your son-in-law after your daughter got married, then it will be a different cases.

My second point is, why are you doing this now after seven-long-year of your daughter's relationship with her lover? Don't you think its a little too late? Yes, I do realize and keep the positive thought that it better late than never, however, if you make some effort from the earliest day, don't you think it will be better? A. LOT. BETTER~ I don't know about their family history, but a first step is always important for everything.

Its like, you are buying an expensive toy for your grown up daughter which she might accept it or might not. And now, all the toys are chasing and try to entertain her so that she is happy and her daddy will bought them! *sigh* Poor thing.

Best of August : Birthday Party!!!

What is a normal thing when we think about birthday?

Birthday party, of course!!!

But, let me tell you about my not very fortunate story on the day of my birthday. Honestly, I'm rarely celebrate my birthday because there will be an occasion happen or compulsory camp to attends or bigger celebration occur.. let's say Eid Mubarak(this year!). Well, exactly on twelve o'clock of my birthday date, I was stuck in a horrible but expected traffic jammed on my way back to my parents' home. From a "normal" six hours long time travel to a very loooong eleven hours time travel. *sigh*

Enough with my story, this is something I love to wear if..IF I'm having a birthday party! When having a party, most of girl will be imagine to be a princess or the center of attentions. What else more perfect to be a princess if not in our own birthday party!!!! All eyes will be on us and it's time to shine, everybody~

This is definitely my style. Simple long flowy dress with a hard rock jacket-style to pop-up the edgy. Match the outfit with a soft patterned shawl, matching clutch and shoes. This shoes are so my thing! And why I chose red? Cause ruby is my birthstone and I love red. Oh, and don't forget, a nice head accessories look-alike a tiara to give a "I'M THE BIRTHDAY PRINCESS" statement. Hahahaha!! This will definitely be my night.

Yeah, happy Eid Mubarak everyone! I hope everyone have a blast celebration this year. I'm sorry from the bottom of my heart for any word that might have hurt others' feeling. Sometimes, I do act over the limits.

Anyhow, I'm so excited to meet my family and old friends again. This year, everyone already finish their study and entitled as employee. Everyone have bought a car and etc. Can't wait to meet them!

I bought black chiffon dress (baju kurung moden) with silver/white detailing at the chest and knee also beautiful thick cuff. I always love black and it is the safe colour even though lately I've been tried to run away from black. Well what can I say, the design was fitted well with black then other colours. *sigh*

Now I have my Eid Mubarak outfit, but the problem occur is what colour of my hijab should I wear? Damn it! Definitely not black again! It will look like I'm mourning for death or something. It's Eid Mubarak for God sake, should be more colour or something, right? So... while I'm browsing YouTube, this video pop-up! It is so beautiful and look perfect with my outfit.  I think I gonna buy a grey shawl this evening since my sister had a black lace shawl years ago. (I think she still keep it. Fashion : Blaine Anderson - Female Version

 I am thinking to buy a big frame glasses for my next glasses. I know peoples will say "It's too cliche!" or "too hipster!" Well, the problem is I never comfortable with any of my previous small frame glasses. And, I always thought that a big frame glasses would be much more comfortable and give me wider view to see. But, I never have a courage to buy big frame glasses 'cause it might turn out weird or not suitable with my face.

Ah, one more thing is, I've being browsing for an affordable printed satchel bag for work 'cause it give a smart casual look. Moreover, printed satchel look so chic!

When I'm creating this set, I realized something which is... what I want is a LOOK OF BLAINE. Pfft, silly me! I've been following glee till now and I always thought Blaine's image is too gay, but when I tried to twist it for female version, POOF! This is what I want to look like! It's like a wake-up call to try this look. Hehe~

Despite of the pressure of my work right now, I've been doing some thinking/calculating/budgeting and more -ing about my financial because starting next paycheck I've to pull out a quite amount of it for my car. *ke-shing ke-shing!*

Rain is like a cheap but effective therapy right now. Oh rain, stop distracting me from doing my work! I'm busy, you know~

It's Spring Time!!!

Yeay!! The Spring is coming... NOT for me! Basically, my country is summer through out the year. However, it definitely would be lovely to see all the blossom flowers.

What I've been attracted most is the flowery pattern with pastel colour on cloth - dress, maxi dress, blouse - you just name it! I think, living in non-seasonal country means I can wear this spring's outfits are applicable all years long. Wuhuu for me!!!

What ever it is, the most important is to have another one of the best year's moment, okay! Have fun~

Weekend Blues : Accept the Reality?

The frustration feeling when you want a thing so bad, but it's actually impossible to have it no matter how hard you try...

Let me tell you a story... When I was a kid, I'm always wanted to pet a cat. But my mom was against this idea completely. When I asking for reason, she said the cat will dirt the house, cloth, floor etc 'cause the cat is coming from nowhere, playing outside the house. That time, I'm so frustrated with the decision 'cause I found those answers were impossible to accept! However, when I grew up, I finally manage to realise that my mom was right. All the reasons she stated is true but why can't I accept it on that time?

I believe that as long as we live, we will have to deal with this emotion continuously. Its hard to find out what is right out of wrong when we what a thing so bad. And its harder to turn a wrong thing to become the right one. That is exactly how I feel right now.

I do admit that I have done something wrong in my path to grown up, but for now, I'm not regret for what I had done! But the utmost frustration is I can't fully have want I have now. Maybe it is time for me to learn to accept it? I'll try my best, but if I can hold you anymore... I will let you go freely from my hand and my heart.

Thus, even though I love you so much right now, its hurt to know that I can't completely have you in the future. Its hurt when I can't say "I love you" in front of everyone. Its hurt when other people can say this magic words openly instead of me. Its hurt me a lot...

It does hurt~

The Annoying Thing In My Life :-(

I was about to publish some random lovey-dovey posts, then this girl makes a status in Facebook which makes my post like a complete idiot. So, I just trash these posts~

I'm back!

Hi, peeps! Sorry for a long pause in this blog. Actually, I have to go back to my hometown immediately, though. And to be honest, the main reason was because I'm sick for the last two weeks. I got my second (that's what my sister told me) chickenpox. Damn it!! I do  believe that I'm too old to have this illness. With the after-effect which were scars everywhere, could you imagine that!!! Also, the internet coverage was so slow at my house which put me in a perfect gloomy-dark-sick-day for the entire minutes I was there. Thus, it hard to keep up with this blog and, well, basically everything!

However, I took this unexpected sickness as a good excuse for me to have a long holiday with my family. It is good though to able to have full attention from our family like a baby... Ha-ha! Since now I'm back, I'll try my best to keep this blog alive again!
